I have had my fair share of dealing with many attorneys and I can say that this experience working with Estudio Jurídico INA has been the most under-delivered experience I have ever had. Laws were not explained or understood, lack of follow up and communication, missing deadlines, not completing work, suggesting their customer do the work they were hired to do, misinformation, broken promises, and a complete lack of accountability. I could go on about more. Even when expressing these concerns during the process we felt abandoned and further ignored. Because of that we started to check in more often to get an update from them which led to more stress of inaction. We hired them to do the work of immigration and in the end we had to do the work. This added stress of doing this ourselves with the expectations that they would take care of this legal work. To make matters worse we are dealing with legal issues and the cost to take care of a medically challenged child which is the major reason we considered an attorney to ease the stress and possible issue of his needs. From my experience I would advise no to consider their services as they will offer more stress, failed work and follow up, and in the end you will do the work for your immigration and the needed financing to move here will be wasted on a law firm that has no intention of taking care of their customers. It was amazing to see 6 month later that the government was more efficient than this law firm at getting things done, even government workers saying that law firms only make this process worse. I would have paid double to not experience this from them. A lot of money later for legal services and attorney travel, in the end we had to do the follow up, communicate with immigration, get appointments, talk to immigration about the laws, and file our own papers. Nothing but delays and failure that could have been avoided. After they have forced us to take care of matters ourselves we at least know that they should have been experienced enough to get this completed in a better time frame and with less headache if someone like me can complete this better than then and being from another country.

We had an urgent matter and after a phone consultation they were able to book us an appointment with one of their lawyers for the very next day. In the in-person consultation the lawyer proved extremely knowledgeable and helpful and was also very reassuring with his calm and kind behavior. It gave us a solution to our problem and was happy to answer in detail all the questions we had. Highly recommended!
