I had a very disappointing experience with this law firm. The advice provided was misleading, and the service lacked professionalism and responsiveness. There was a clear lack of diligence, and my inquiries were not handled seriously. I do not recommend this firm due to their poor service and unprofessional approach. Thank you for your reply. I left a negative review because my experience with your service was disappointing. My online appointment started late, and I had to wait for five minutes. The consultation lasted only 10–15 minutes instead of the scheduled 30 minutes, leaving several of my questions unanswered. I was told that further information would be obtained from the lawyer, but I had to follow up myself several days later, only to receive vague responses. This lack of punctuality and clarity led to my dissatisfaction.

If there were more stars to give I would have given them. They are efficient, attentive and friendly. Cecilia is a fantastic lawyer, she is punctual, smart and dedicated. First of all, it took them 1 week to process my appointment because they didn’t checked their payment method. For being somehow who called “experts” in immigrations I will tell you: she didn’t event know how to do the FBI background check in the US. She could have told me on an online consultation, but I waste my time Going to her office, where she was late, for having her telling me that she can’t help me. Not only that, but when I followed up my appointment one day later on private message first she (or her assistant) try to sell me again another consultation and after explaining that I already paid she responded very shortly. I’ll not recommend, my experience with this lawyer was terrible.
