I highly recommend expat expert. Laura and Andrew make a great team together and give great advice. They also both speak English & Spanish which is very important in certain legal processes incase your aren't fluent in Spanish. I recently invested into a property in Colombia and at the time I write this review I have successfully closed on the property but I want to express how simple they made the process for me. Investing into a property is already a big deal but when you do it as an expat in a country that you're not from it can cause even a bigger stress. They walk you through the entire process step by step by step. They also got me a VISA recently for two more years. If you need anything business or VISA wise here in Colombia then I highly recommend you use Expat Expert.

Best realtor I've worked with in Colombia. I've bought a few places here and I can tell you from experience most Colombian realtors are doing the minimal to get their commission. What I love about Andres is he is also a real estate investor in Colombia and has a few properties of his own so he has experience working for clients and doing it himself. If you have questions about how to Airbnb your property after, he has first hand experience. He can tell you if a property is a good deal or not. He WILL negotiate on your behalf and get your a great price. I got about 15% off the listed price on a beautiful property and was able to close quickly. After working with multiple realtors, I'm sticking with Andres. highly recommend.
