Extremely satisfied with Santiago and Martín! In late February we decided to apply for Argentine citizenship by descent (opción por nacionalidad). We chose lawyers based on reviews, including local ones, since one of us speaks Spanish fluently. We signed the contract with Santiago and Martín at the end of February. My husband and I ended up in the same court and secretariat — 3rd Court, 5th Secretariat. The “inicio” was already issued on March 5th. Oaths took place at the end of August and end of September. So the whole process took us just 6 and 7 months respectively. The lawyers were always available and replied to questions very quickly — never had to wait a full day or two in silence. Responses to the court were uploaded super fast, maximum 2–3 days after any court request. And when the court itself was slow, Santiago and Martín proactively reminded them that we were waiting, which really kept things moving. We only had to go to court once — for the oath ceremony and to pick up the citizenship card afterward. A assistant was present at the oath just in case there were any extra questions or issues. We are extremely happy: the process was fast, professional, and almost completely free of the typical “mañana” delays. I have never been in more suspicious office ever in my life! The company name at the door is different. They don’t inform you about this. And when you get in, they are the most disrespectful and rude team ever. I do not suggest this company to anyone else, horrible communication, suspicious look, disrespectful behavior, and miscommunicative/misinformative assistance by Malena and the rudest lawyer Martin. I have 20 years of multicultural professional experience in Turkey, Spain, and the USA. In 2 minutes I got the worst service experience in my life in this office.
